Todd asked me to defeat Tutorial Jr. Sentinels, then talk to Peter.

  1. A new traveler, eh? Want to learn how to hunt? The Tutorial Jr. Sentinels you see here are normally too powerful for you to handle, but Grendel the Really Old, the head of all magicians, sealed up their power. So take down three, pick up what they drop, and go see Peter, who should be around here somewhere.

Branch 1

  1. Look at your mini map (M), located at the top left corner of the screen. You should see something green blinking on the northeast side of the map. That's Peter. You'll run into Jr. Sentinels on your way to meet Peter. Defeat them, pick up 3 Jr. Sentinel Shellpieces, then talk to Peter.

  1. Oh, you know how to hunt already? Well, you can still test your abilities!

  1. Are you the one Todd is training? He mentioned you... Let's see if you've trained correctly.

Branch 1

  1. Someday, long after you leave this place, you'll be powerful enough to take on real Jr. Sentinels. Oh, and when you level up, check your Ability Points in your Character Info. 
    To move on to the next map, either press the up arrow key in front of the portal to the right or just talk to me again.

  1. What? Haven't you gone to Peter yet? You need to defeat 3 Tutorial Jr. Sentinels and take 3 Jr. Sentinel Shellpiece with you!

Branch 2

  1. Huh? You're not carrying 3 Jr. Sentinel Shellpiece. After you've defeated a Tutorial Jr. Sentinel, it'll drop a Jr. Sentinel Shellpiece. Then press Z to pick up the item.

Branch 3

  1. Hmm, you should have seen a small Tutorial Jr. Sentinel at the bottom of the map. Press Ctrl to attack it. Pick up the item it drops once you defeat it, and then come talk to me.
