Look for Jane in Lith Harbor.
I met a girl wearing bunny ears named Jane in Lith Harbor. Jane said she wants to travel the world, but her dad won't let her. She thinks if I get her 15 Blue Mushroom Caps and 15 Horny Mushroom Caps, her father will change his mind.
I delivered the Blue Mushroom Caps and Horny Mushroom Caps to Jane. I wonder if this will really change her father's mind... She's wearing bunny ears, for goodness' sake! Ah well, it's none of my business. In return, Jane gave me a scroll for ATT. My weapon's going to be awesome... if the scroll works.

My dream is to travel freely around the world, just like you! But, argh, my dad won't let me. I tell him I'm ready to spread my wings a little, but he just won't listen.
-
Hmm. You look pretty strong. Can... can I ask you a favor? Please defeat 30 Blue Mushrooms and Horny Mushrooms, and collect 15 Blue Mushroom Caps and 15 Horny Mushroom Caps. If you can do this for me, my father might give me permission to travel the world. Please, I'm begging you...

Incredible! You defeated so many Blue Mushrooms and Horny Mushrooms! Now I can prove to my dad that I'm strong enough to travel by myself! Hehehe! What? It's not dishonest... I could've done it on my own, but I didn't want to leave town behind my dad's back...

It's none of your business anyway. Here, just take your reward and don't ask so many questions.

This scroll can strengthen certain weapons. Just open the Use tab of your Item Inventory and your Equipment Inventory at the same time, then drag the scroll onto the weapon. There's a chance the scroll will fail, but life's risky like that...

If you could just bring me 15 Blue Mushroom Caps and 15 Horny Mushroom Caps, I'll finally be able to start traveling... I'm begging you.

Hmm... It looks like you haven't defeated all the monsters I asked you to.
