It looks like Roxy, the City Clerk, is looking for someone to help with her work. Let's go check out Community Board in front of Kerning City Civic Center.
Roxy, the City Clerk, asked me to greet Jake, a resident of the city. Since I've become a resident here too, greeting the cityspeople is a given, right?
Only characters at Level 12 or higher can complete this quest.
I greeted Jake, a resident of Kerning City. As expected, the residents of this city seem to be quite full of personality.

"There isn't a whole lot you're forced to do as a resident of Kerning City, but hey, if you're up for it, I'd highly recommend chatting with the locals around here. Come to think of it, it would be a good idea to go say hi to Jake as well.

If you plan on using the subway, you can head right in this way. Oh? That's not why you're here, but rather because you've become a new resident of this city? Haha, well how about that! A brand-new resident of Kerning City.
-
My name is Jake. I guide the people coming and going through the subway here. It's a job assigned to me by the city, so I'm doing my best, but... honestly, the inside is completely crawling with monsters, so I'm never quite sure if guiding folks in there is actually the right thing to do. Haha.
-
Since we've become neighbors, it's a pleasure to meet you, and I look forward to seeing you around. And if you are thinking of heading inside, you'd better make sure you're well-prepared. Haha!
