Quest text

It looks like Roxy, the City Clerk, is looking for someone to help with her work. Let's go check out Community Board in front of Kerning City Civic Center.
Roxy, the City Clerk, asked me to check on Dark Lord, the hidden leader of the city. Time to take a deep breath and go...
Only characters at Level 32 or higher can complete this quest.
I checked in on Dark Lord, the hidden leader of Kerning City. Truth be told, he's someone who doesn't really need me checking in on him anyway.

Dialogue 2 phases

To start

NPC for this step: Community Board Kerning City .

  1. "I wonder how Dark Lord, who leads this city from the shadows as an invisible hand, is doing. Actually, he's also my boss. Anyway, it would be great if you could check in on him for me.
    - Roxy"

To complete

NPC for this step: Dark Lord .

  1. You again. If Roxy sent you, I'd appreciate it if you told her that I'm waiting for the report on the task I assigned last time. Along with the warning that she'd better brace herself if things go south.

  2. If you thought she was just an ordinary city official, you're pretty naive. Just remember that the role of a city official is merely a front she uses to move around easily, and it's far from who she really is.

  3. Anyway, make sure to tell Roxy that I'm waiting for "good news" regarding this matter. Now, you may leave.
