It seems Chun Ji at Kerning City Construction Site is still lost in thought.
Chun Ji at Kerning City Construction Site said he could still sense the power of a strong evil spirit, and that something didn't seem right. Could it be that even after defeating all those evil spirits in the Kerning City subway, it still wasn't enough? Just as Chun Ji suggested, I should go talk to Roxy at Kerning City Civic Center to get more information.
Only characters at Level 47 or higher can complete this quest.
The moment Roxy at Kerning City Civic Center heard the word "evil spirit," she seemed to think of a certain girl...

Something's off. I've cleared out evil spirits all over the city, and yet I'm still sensing a powerful presence here in Kerning City. There must be something I'm not seeing. Not like I can go tearing through every last corner of this city, either...
-
Right, Roxy stays close to everyone in this city — she might know something. Come to think of it, you two seem to know each other well enough. So, what do you say? Think you could make yourself useful again?

Good. If we leave that spirit be, it'll feed on the fear and weakness in people's hearts and grow stronger fast. No time to waste, so get to Kerning City Civic Center and ask Roxy if she knows anything.

I see. So it doesn't matter to you what happens to this city, is that it?

Oh. Hm? You're here because Chun Ji asked you to come? I don't know what's going on, but from the look on your face, I'd say this is something serious.

I'm still sensing a powerful evil presence somewhere in Kerning City. And Roxy is the only one I can think of who might know something about this.
