It seems Jane Doe of Niora Hospital has yet another favor to ask.
Jane Doe of Niora Hospital said she simply couldn't bring herself to change her own bandages, and asked me to go find Dr. Niora. She said she'd found part of a letter Roxy had sent to Dr. Niora, and thought Roxy might know something about her whereabouts. I should go see Roxy at Kerning City Civic Center.
