Want to discard an item? Then click on the item in your Item Inventory and drag it out of the window.
When your Item Inventory is full, you won't be able to pick up new items. You should get rid of unimportant items by either discarding them or selling them at a store.
Items in the Use tab can also be stored in the bottom right shortcut window where you can assign Hotkeys.
Open your Item Inventory to find your Equip, Use, Set Up, Etc, and Cash tabs.
Items you pick up will be automatically stored in the appropriate tab. Cool, huh?
Double-click on an item in your Item Inventory and you'll be able to use it
You'll die when your HP reaches 0, so it's for your own good to consume a potion or food before it's too late.
